We want you to love your skin care routine, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect match for your unique skin concerns.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that final sale items and certain curated sets are non-returnable.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the products in their original box if possible, attach the prepaid return shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
